If, for any reason, you need to return merchandise to us, please follow these steps:

1. Call 620.365.8264 and speak to one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives to be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number..

2. Print out a Return Goods shipping label.

3. Complete the RGA label by filling in your address and writing in the RGA number given to you by our Customer Service Representatives.

4. Affix label securely to shipping box.

5. Send package via any insured shipping provider.
